Don't worry — this is a security measure. Under 87vd's security policy, repeated incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. This protects your account from unauthorized access.

Account lock stages:
• After 5 failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes.
• After 10 failed attempts, your account is locked for 24 hours.
• Repeated suspicious activity results in a full lock — only Support can unlock it.

Solution 1: Reset Your Password Yourself
1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
3. Use the link or OTP you receive to set a new password.
4. The lock will lift automatically.

Solution 2: Contact the Support Team
If you can't access your email or phone:
• Contact 87vd via Live Chat or email: [email protected]
• You will need to provide the following details to verify your identity:
  — registered name & username
  — Date of birth
  — Amount and method of your most recent deposit
  — email or phone used at registration
• The support team will verify your identity and restore your account.

To avoid this in the future:
• Use a password manager (e.g. Bitwarden or 1Password).
• Keep 2FA enabled — even if locked, you can still access your account with an OTP.
• Write down your password and store it somewhere safe.
• Use your browser's "Save Password" feature (on personal devices only).
